• Ultra-close laser-cut holes
• Quick change heavy-duty safety bars, which both secure onto the rack going on from the right.
• Quickly adjustable lift-off hooks, which both secure onto the rack going on from the right.
• Chin up bar
• 8 x plate holders
• 2 x bar holders
• 1,000 kg capacity

The Animal Half Rack is perfect for all major exercises, including:
