This Ball Grip Tricep Attachment has 100 mm diameter ball grip handles spaced 300 mm apart.
This attachment can also be used as a traditional press-down bar using the balls as 'stops'.
Use with any Single Stack Lat Pulldown or Animal Dual Stack Lat Pulldown.
