This bar is an excellent alternative to regular shrug bars.
The open side of the bar gives a range of different exercises you can perform, like farmers' walks or RDLs, which can be tricky on a regular shrug bar. This bar is in 38.5kg in weight. We have bent our open-ended shrug bar frame from a 38mm thick solid bar to form the shape of this bar for ultimate strength. The handles are 30mm thick.
