This also allows you to work one arm at a time in a very efficient way.
Arms can be locked together to use the machine in a traditional way.
Our Adjustable Band Peg system is fitted, allowing you to set up band resistance precisely and quickly.

30mm diameter Multi Handles allow for both parallel and regular grips.
Adjustable start position for both arms allows you to set up perfectly for your height and build.
