These incredibly heavy-duty Pulling Blocks allow you to take the bar from various heights depending on which way round you place them.
Built from 50 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm steel, the Watson Pulling Blocks are totally indestructible and totally solid in use.
Great for exercises such as deadlifts, cleans, snatches or saving your back on bent rows, stiff-legged deadlifts etc.
